An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and self motivated individual to join a company who are leading the way in the future of travel technology.The responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will be developing new business opportunities within the trade by contacting Airline's, Tour Operators, OTA and TMC's and selling the company's product. You will be responsible for targeting and generating the leads through persistent cold calling, responding to referrals, and networking. You will seek ways to increase the product's saleability through email campaigns and marketing initiatives. You will attend trade shows and events. The successful applicant will be based from home, preferably in London or the south/ south east of England. You will possess an excellent daily structure in order to generate results. You will have a proven track record of delivering and hitting sales targets. You will be able to communicate at senior level and deliver presentations to board members. You will be IT literate and able to put together PowerPoint presentations. He/she will be a dynamic individual who has previous experience of working within the travel industry.
