Excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced training and client services manager within travel technology to work for a leading travel technology company who have a worldwide client base.
The responsibilities of the Training Manager / Business Analyst will be to travel worldwide to client sites conducting training on the company's travel software system, this will include new implementations, upgrades and improvements. You will conduct classroom and one to one trainings. In addition you will perform gap analysis with all clients to specify any detailed change requirements. You will liaise with the development team in order to assist clients with further system improvements. You will also demonstrate the systems to potential customers in-house and at exhibitions.
The successful Training manager / business analyst will have 5 years experience of working within a similar role for a travel technology company. You will be able to communicate at senior level and clearly whilst delivering trainings. He/she will possess good computer and analytical skills. You will be able to assess the company's systems in a logical manner and able to recommend improvements. In addition you will be able to document findings and business opportunities.
