GENERAL MANAGER
LUXURY TRAVEL COMPANY
OXFORDSHIRE
SALARY UP TO £44,000 + BONUS

A luxury tour operator is looking for a General Manager to lead a team of Sales & Product Managers for their worldwide travel departments.

You will be required to focus on the growth and development of all team members whilst also identifying
and exploiting commercial and product opportunities.

It is essential candidates have previous experience of leading a sales team, creating and delivering business strategy and have an in-depth knowledge of the travel industry. Product knowledge of Australia, New Zealand and Canada is an advantage, however not essential.
