A lovely vacancy has arisen for someone with exceptional communication skills, a welcoming and confident personality along with the ability to work on their own initiative.

Working on the reception and switchboard in a busy business travel company, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the reception and meeting spaces are presentable
  • Using the Siemens telecommunications system
  • Meeting a greeting visitors in the reception area
  • Handling internal and external main
  • Responding to emails
  • Arranging special deliveries and booking meeting space
