Our client, the leading independent travel retailer who have been established for over 20 years are looking for a ticketing consultant to join its vibrant team. Due to their expansion, they are currently looking for an individual from a ticketing background to work in their busy operations department. This operation prides itself on offering exceptional service and innovative travel solutions to their clientele. The role will include a variety of duties such as managing flight stock for specific routes, dealing with allocations and releasing schedules back to the airlines, CRS queues, schedule change queues, ticketing on scheduled airfares, actioning and programming special offers. A good understanding of fare building, tickets on departure, re-issues and general fares and ticketing procedures is required. You will be required to issue air tickets using a major CRS system in conjunction with the company's policies and procedures. In return the company offers a competitive salary and career development.
