Airline Sales Support Agent needed for leading Travel Company - temporary role 3-12 months
Working as Airline Sales Support Agent for this world known company you will be responsible to maintain communication with the sales team and keep them up to date with information that is relevant to the sales team.
In addition you will need to maintain and develop your knowledge of the fares and promotions offered by different airlines as well as what competitor agents are offering in the market place. You will need to respond promptly and efficiently to any enquiries, ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained.
Airline Sales Support Requirements:
Good knowledge of fares and ticketing
Good organisational, communication and relationship skills
Previous experience in the travel trade is essential
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel packages
Candidates must have valid clearances to work in the United Kingdom
Knowledge of Amadeus
