Do you have excellent customer service and administration skills for this role within the operations rail ticketing department of one of our travel companies?
We are seeking a travel consultant to ensure season tickets are issued and dispatched in accordance to this client's service level agreement
Part of the role will be to maintain a high level if customer satisfaction by giving accurate information to clients regarding queries, fare quotes or any information they require.
The skills we require for this role is attention to detail, administration and IT
Knowledge of ticket issuing of UK train industry preferable
Hours are 9-5.30 Monday - Friday
Salary is £22,000 along with pension, private Healthcare and 25 days holiday.
