My client is looking for a senior business travel consultant to assist with one of their longest serving clients. The responsibilities of the senior business travel consultant will be to arrange all business travel bookings including flights, hotels, and rail. You will ensure the best cost effective travel options compare published, consol, net fares and low cost carriers. You will provide the highest levels of service ensuring a quick response to enquiries by email and phone before and after the sale. You will offer advice for passports and visas. You will correctly log and update client information on to the in-house database system. The successful applicant will be at senior business travel level, possess excellent computer and GDS skills. You will be experienced in reservations and ticketing. You will be strong minded, with the ability to assist demanding clients. You will be able to work under pressure and within a busy environment. Ideally a second language would be beneficial preferably Italian, but the company will consider French or Spanish.
