Customer Services in Central London!! An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with excellent Customer Service skills to join this leading Worldwide Tour Operator. Our client is now looking for a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills. You must be a result and quality driven individual with a strong customer service focus. With this position you will be responsible for resolving pre & post sale queries along with direct customer complaints in line with the company's procedures. In addition to that you will also be dealing with client correspondence, so letter-writing skills are a must. Essentially, we require a professional individual who can demonstrate the ability to communicate both with oral and written words. To apply for this position you should have worked for a Tour operator or Travel Organisation in a similar role.
