Database loading position in Central London! We are currently looking for Database Administrators to work for this fast paced direct sell tour operator specialising in worldwide flights and tailor-made holidays. You will be working within a team of database administrators reporting directly to the General Manager who will advise you of the company's continuing database development and needs. The database administration team is expected to maintain all contracts for airline and hotel rates, holiday packages, programmes, merchant profiles and information that are required be loaded to the highest level of accuracy; that they are always maintained and the system is up to date. You will ensure that all entries are maintained in an accurate and understandable method and that all work has had a thought process applied, to avoid any unnecessary repetitive or corrective work being necessary. For this position the ideal candidate will have a "hands on" approach to all areas of the database department. This database administrators role requires a candidate who has good IT & communication skills at all levels, have fares database loading knowledge within the travel industry and has the flexibility and a sense of urgency to prioritise their work. For this position, you are required to have excellent knowledge of Database loading with competency hotel rates within the travel industry.
