Travel Administration / Customer Service Travel Consultant is required to join a large online travel agency based in Manchester city centre. Working in the Admin team in areas such as itinerary production, ticket dispatch, final documents.
The Administration role will also involve pre booking of Hotels / flights, reservations, excursions, carhire, seat requests and arranging transfers etc....

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working in Manchester you will be working in the Travel Administration team, answering calls in respect of customer service calls.
Duties for this Travel Consultant role:
- Managing pre- departure bookings via the CRS booking system
- Managing all cancellations and booking changes.
- Managing all pre - departure special requests
- Supporting the sales departments within their admin work
- Assist and solve problems when clients are on holiday.
- Advising passengers/Agents of any changes itineraries etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Do you have a friendly telephone manner and are able to excel in delivering good customer service? The ideal candidate will need to be able to work within a team and use there initiative to work under pressure. Whether you are currently in travel or have worked in travel this is an excellent role and company to work for. Tarsc knowledge would be preferred.
THE PACKAGE:
This Company offers a fantastic benefit package. You will be offered an excellent basic salary of up to £15K plus benefits such as discounted holidays etc. Hours are Monday to Friday 8am- 7pm. Alternative weekends
