A thorough understanding of travel industry administration is required. The role will involve carrying out administration duties within an operational branch, this may include the following:
-Invoicing offline items, including hotel billbacks.
- Ensuring invoices are despatched with appropriate authorisations in a timely manner.
-Completing air and rail refunds.
-Correcting MI data.
-Reconciling credit card and client statements.
-Processing back office tasks and liaising with relevant departments.
Candidates must have a good telephone manner, be a team player and be willing to support colleagues. They must pay great attention to detail and recognise the importance of deadlines.
The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of Sabre and the basic reservations process.
