An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-established cruise company who are looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join their vibrant team. This fantastic opportunity has become available due to our clients on going expansion!! This role includes an array of tasks including upselling, dealing with upgrades, amendments and cancellations. You will be involved in servicing guests for pre departure cruises. You will need to deliver the highest level of customer service at all times and be focused on the customer experience. The ideal individual should posses good organisational and time management skills and you are required to have the ability to prioritise your daily work schedule and ensure that all your deadlines are met.
