Working within a team of Dutch speakers, you will be taking incoming calls from Dutch and English customers, making reservations and providing excellent customer service. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be fluent in Dutch and must also be fluent in English. The role involves shift work, so candidates must be flexible with working hours.
In return the client is offering a competitive salary package circa £16,000 per annum, including language allowance, shift allowance, meal allowance. In addition to this, they can offer a fantastic benefits package including concessionary airline travel, generous holiday allowance and quarterly and annual performance bonus. They also have excellent train and transport links.

Role of Airline Reservations Consultant involves:
Taking incoming calls
Booking worldwide flight tickets
Arranging ticket reissues and making amendments
Working as part of a friendly team
Providing outstanding customer service at all times
Skills required for the role:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably from an airline background
Proficiency in any CRS
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Customer service focused
Fluency in Dutch and English
