Role of Multi-lingual Customer Service Consultant Involves:
Taking inbound calls in English and German, Italian or Dutch
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Creating and amending travel reservations
Resolving any customer enquires or issues
Necessary Skills Required:
Fluency in English and either German, Italian or Dutch
A proven track record of excellent customer service
Previous call centre experience is desirable but not essential
Strong communications skills and telephone manner
