My Client is looking for a Spanish Speaking Groups consultant who has had previous travel industry experience, and an excellent telephone manner. The ideal candidate would be responsible for creating new Groups bookings, servicing and supporting the booking from start to finish, dealing with queries regarding amendments, splits, cancellations, upgrades, ticketing and other operational matters- whilst of course delivering excellent customer service.

Role of Group Consultant
Liaise with customer ins English and Spanish
Checking flights availability and booking flights through GDS system
Issuing tickets, dealing with time changes, refunds and re-issues
Maximising usage of net fares and group bookings
Building manual fares
Necessary Skills
Travel experience
GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus
Spanish speaking
Sound time management and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and with a positive, proactive attitude
