Customer Travel Support Advisor An excellent opportunity has arisen with an established travel company. They are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Customer travel support advisor that can effectively service flights to travel organisations either via the telephone, email or Internet and manage bookings effectively.
To provide an excellent service to external and internal customers, helping to drive sales hit budgets and delivers profits for this company.
Customer Travel Support Advisor Role duties
. Manually building and ticketing bookings when not processed through website
. Amending ticketed bookings
. Effectively using database to check operator's details
. Liaising with Finance Department re payments and refunds
Skills required for Customer Travel Support Advisor
. Travel industry reservations experience
. Excellent worldwide sales experience
. Ideally Amadeus trained, other CRS considered
. Clear and professional phone manner
Additional information
The position is for a Customer Support Advisor working hours shall be between 8am and 7pm on a shift rota basis (37.5 hour working week). 1 Saturday worked in 4, 9am to 3pm.
Salary depending on experience 13k - 16k
