Our client a rapidly expanding business travel management company based in Leicestershire are currently looking to recruit and train several travel professionals for their business travel out of hour's team.
The responsibilities of the out of hour's team will be assisting clients with last minute reservations or changes to existing bookings. Clients may call from the UK or overseas. You will ensure that the clients request is auctioned quickly and effectively and that all details are checked before confirming. You will be responsible from the reservation through to the ticketing.
The successful business travel consultants will have 2 years experience within the travel sector, preferably within business travel but not essential. You will need to be able to able to book and price flights competently using one of the four main CRS's Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Worldspan. The right people need to have strong organisation skills and high levels of accuracy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines efficiently is must for these roles.
For these positions candidates will be expected to have a flexible approach to work and will be required to work shifts and weekends. Our client is offering a great package for the right people with 22 days paid annual leave pension and medical insurance.
