Travel Executive - Aviation & Ticketing

Market Harborough - Leicestershire 

Reporting directly to the Aviation Team Leader, as a Travel Executive - Aviation & Ticketing you will be responsible for ensuring that all tickets issued are accurate and are completed within specified deadlines and to support the wider aviation administration and Customer Services teams.

The successful candidate will need:

• At least 2 years experience in the travel industry with specific experience in ticketing
• Experience and thorough knowledge of Amadeus/GDS reservations systems
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work well as part of a team
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & A decent level of secondary education
• The ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy whilst working under pressure
• Experience/understanding of flight lists
• Customer focus at all times; external and internal

This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week during the core opening hours of the business Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Extended working hours will be required at times to meet the needs of the business.

Salary - up to £17k per annum
