TICKETING TEAM LEADER - Highly respected and very successful longhaul tour operator based in Glasgow are looking to recruit for an experienced individual with strong ticketing and supervisory or management experience to work in their busy office.
Main responsibilty of the Ticketing Team Leader is:-
- Management responsibility for your Ticketing team to maximise performance, quality and attendance at work.
- Coach and develop individuals within the Ticketing Department
- Full awareness of business targets to achieve in line with business plan
- Accountability for achievement of results.
- Driving quality results within your team whilst meeting all ticketing deadlines and service levels
To apply for this opportunity you MUST have :-
- Excellent geographical knowledge worldwide
- Experience of Galileo, Amadeus or Worldspan System
- Nett, CAT35 and Published Fares processing experience is desirable
- Experience of IATA ticketing within a travel sales support environment is advantageous
- Previous leadership/management or supervisory experience would be beneficial
- Understanding of ticketing systems would be beneficial, both air and ground.
