Role of Corporate Travel Consultant
Managing a variety of business accounts effectively
Booking flights, hotels and car hire.
Delivering excellent customer service, continually building rapport with new and existing clients.
Ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm in a high pressured business travel environment
Necessary skills required:
Strong GDS preferably Galileo, but Amadeus and Sabre can be cross trained.
Peoples person! With an absolute passion to sell.
Ability to work in a team and be proactive in your approach.
Always deliver excellent customer service and continue to up sell the benefit to the client
