Job Description

At A Glance

Ensure the delivery of the training program whilst utilising resources as efficiently as possible. Communicating and working with the Advanced Planning/Crew Planning/Flight Operations Training team to ensure clarity within the operational window. Ensuring that any slippage/disruption is dealt with as efficiently as possible whilst providing support to the Crew Training Delivery Team Leader.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for the delivery of all training requirements to operational crew, ensuring that budgetary restrictions are met.
  • To ensure that all training requirements are met and comply with legal & industrial agreements.
  • Deliver the best service possible to all key stakeholders.
  • Manage the relationship with cabin crew & pilot trainers with regards to Training queries.
  • Liaise with Advanced Planning and the Flight Ops Training department to understand the training schedule/footprints and any changes to the plan.
  • Possess the flexibility to work in the planned window & the published window
  • Amend the training plan and training resources as the flying program dictates.
  • Ensure recency/legality reports are run as required and that immediate or corrective action is taken where necessary
  • Track and update the Crew Training Scheduling Team Leader on departmental spend initiatives and KPIs.
  • Attend training briefings/meetings as directed by the Crew Training Delivery Team Leader
  • Update the Crew Training Scheduling Team Leader on potential delays to the plan
  • Influence changes to working practices for future seasons
  • Involvement in the Crew Training IT platform
  • Completion when necessary of administration tasks within Crew Training function.
  • Provide coaching and guidance as required
  • All other duties as directed by the Crew Training Scheduling Team Leader


What We're Looking For

  • O Level/GCSE education
  • Experience within an airline Crewing/Rostering environment is essential
  • Experience of customer service
  • Understanding of legal agreements would be preferable
  • Preferably 2 years experience of working within an airline crewing or operations dept
  • Able to assimilate information, determine priorities and make decisions based on sound judgement
  • Process and detail orientated.
