Working in Diamond First Class, you'll have the opportunity to oversee and manage all kitchen operations while ensuring that our guests receive impeccable service and quality while they dine.  Your partiipation in menu design and wine selection with the Catering Team will ensure you have the knowledge and experise to resolve any enquiries and support the rest of the onboard team.

Qualifications and Knowledge

• Qualified Chef
• Educated to a minimum level of accredited secondary education or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards would be an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years old
• Maintains a corporate image
• Medically fit to meet regulatory requirements
• Ability to swim at least 25 metres unaided in open water, without a floatation aid
• Must successfully complete initial training program as a condition of employment and maintain a cabin crew license
• Must be able to reach 210cms without shoes
• No tattoos visible whilst wearing the Etihad uniform
