DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with the Head of Sales to ensure key supplier relationships are maintained and new business of B2B group customers is achieved. An example of the day to day duties of the Senior Sales Manager is as follows:
Take responsibility for profit and loss
Responsible for setting, meeting and exceeding targets
Lead and motivate the Business Development team
Ensure relationships with key suppliers are maintained
Responsible for sign off and compliance for various costs within the agreed budget
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate should have relevant Business Development experience at a senior level within the travel industry. You will have man management experience and have a proven track record at leading a team.
