Job Description

Are you a sales driven manager who enjoys leading a team to success? Would you like to travel overseas to promote products to new and existing clients? An awarding winning company urgently require an International Sales Manager based in London.

This role will offer the opportunity to be responsible for the Business Development, Customer Service and direct sales team to reach and exceed targets. You will encourage staff to develop new business ideas and ways of improving the overall customer experience for the company.

Other important duties for the International Sales Manager are to maintain and develop existing client relationships by being proactive in contacting every new lead to maximise sales and upsell by telephone, email and face to face meetings. If you are an experienced International Sales manager and speak a fluent language this role could be the challenge you have been waiting for.

International Sales Manager Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the business development, customer service and direct sales teams.
- Maintain and develop new and existing relationships.
- Recruiting, training and developing staff.
- Report to senior management on sales and KPI's.
- Demonstrate product knowledge by written and verbal communication.
- Selling products by answering inbound calls, emails and follow up enquiries.
- Identify issues affecting team performance.
- Act as a strong role model for staff.

International Sales Manager Experience:

- Must have management experience in a strong sales environment.
- Proven experience in leading a target driven team.
- Background in the education industry an advantage.
- Fluency in a language would be desirable in Russian, German, French, Spanish or Japanese.
- Ability to build rapport, handle objections and close sales.
- Trustworthy, punctual and reliable.
- Creative for new ideas and improving service.
- Well organised with strong IT skills.

THE PACKAGE:
The successful International Sales Manager can expect a salary up to £37,000 depending on experience plus holidays and a bonus.
