The ideal individual shall be responsible for the acquisition of new strategic partners through the B2B/B2C model, identify opportunities & trends, manage Sales Managers in order to create a sales driven environment. You shall be identifying new strategic partners, pitching to prospective partners, contract negotiation, and undertake analysis of key competitors. Knowledge and comprehensive previous experience of working as a Territory Manager (or equivalent) within the travel industry including leading a team of Sales Managers is required. The ideal candidate must posses strong communication skills, influencing abilities, be confident, enthusiastic and be able to work on own initiative.
