Are you looking for an exciting new challenge in Business Travel and speak fluent German?

This hugely successful corporate travel company with a cross network of international offices are looking for German speaking business travel consultants to handle a brand new account. 

As a German speaking Business Travel consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls from clients & looking after them from start to finish
* Proactively maintaining relationships with clients
* Being the first point of contact for your clients
* Making reservations on a CRS
* Offering a high level of customer service at all times

German speaking Business Travel Consultant remuneration package:

German speaking Business Travel Consultant skill attributes:

•  Must be fluent in German as you will be conversing with German clients for the majority of the day
•  Previous reservations or ticketing experience for either an airline, a leisure travel company or already a junior BTC.
•  It is essential you have air fares knowledge
•  Excellent communication skills written and verbal
•  Good telephone manner
•  Previous experience in the travel industry is essential
•  Working knowledge of a CRS is also essential either Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
