Online Product Support Various Berkshire
Are you an experienced Online Product Support Consultant, with a number of years experience within the travel industry? Are you looking for a new challenge with a fantastic independent travel company in Berkshire?
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working with the Account Management team to understand clients initial online requirements.
Initiation and implementation of online solutions.
Project managing all aspect of implementation including supplier and client liaisons.
Testing online fulfilment solutions prior to client roll out.
Managing direct beta-testing with client.
Acting as Level One support for clients and suppliers in relation to online fulfilment.
Training both staff and clients in usage of online systems (in conjunction with the Operations/Sales Team).
Ensuring online system updates (supplier and client) are managed and processed in a timely manner.
Creating and maintaining training manuals (in conjunction with Sales team).
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
General understanding of GDS systems - Galileo, Sabre as well as understanding of online booking process (ideally currently using Cliqbook, with knowledge of AeTM and KDS
Ability to learn and use other online systems as required.
Keen problem solver.
AeTM, KDS, Evolvi/Trainline, Microsoft Office
Pro-active and motivated.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills
