One of the UK's leading business travel companies is seeking Amadeus or Sabre trained Business Travel Consultants to join their expanding team in South Manchester. Duties will include:
- Handling inbound calls, processing emails, faxes or on-line requests from customers
- Liaise with customers, advise and act accordingly on all related enquiries and reservations, in accordance with company standards via any communication method including on-line
- Respond to customer concerns and enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process any administration tasks as instructed
- Provide advice on passport, visa, health and security requirements
