Our clients, one of the leading business travel companies, are looking for an experienced longhaul/retail Consultant with CRS/GDS to train into Business Travel and to join their hugely successful team and work on a number of different accounts within the office. Role of Business Travel Consultant:
- Booking worldwide nett and published fares on behalf of a number of high profile Business Travel clients
- Booking car hire, hotels for travel clients
- Providing the highest level of customer service
- Working efficiently in a high pressured travel environment
Necessary skills for a Business Travel Consultant
- longhaul or retail travel consultant experience
- Experience of using native CRS
- Knowledge of nett and published fares
- Excellent customer service skills
