My Client deals with up market demanding clients who require nothing but the best in service. They currently seek a Luxury Travel Consultant to join their dedicated team of Luxury Travel Consultants.
LUXURY TRAVEL CONSULTANT DUTIES
Using in depth knowledge of the companies product to sell package and tailor-made holidays to customers over the phone.
Dealing with enquiries via the internet in a timely and professional manner.
Dealing with highly demanding customers.
Communicating effectively with both customers and colleagues.
Giving expert knowledge on destinations.
Offering exceptional customer service at all times.
LUXURY TRAVEL CONSULTANT REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
A solid background in the Travel industry is a must.
Excellent communication skills
Highly self organised and enthusiastic.
Knowledge of a major CRS
