Groups and Events Executive - Tunbridge Wells

My client is an independent Business Travel supplier of conferences, events and business travel around the world. They are currently looking for a Groups and Events Executive who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised individual to join their developing Team.
Job Description:
* Dealing with key business travel clients over e-mail and the phone
* Taking enquiries for UK and international based hotel and conference itineraries
* Liaising with hotels/venues regarding conference itineraries
* Confirming conference reservations
* Booking of international/domestic fights using Amadeus CRS
* Liaising with airlines to get the best rates for group travel.
Skills Required:
Ideally you should have at least 3 years experience in Business Travel or Groups and Events as well as a CRS (preferably Amadeus)
