Groups and Incentives Consultant - Tunbridge Wells.
Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking a Groups and Incentives consultant to join our busy and friendly Business Travel Agency based in Tunbridge wells, Kent.
As a specialised business travel agency, they provide high quality services to the business traveller. Their experience and size means they are large enough to manage the most demanding multi-national organisations but small enough to provide a personalised service, taking great care in the way they look after their clients and their employees.
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
Account management of all major Business clients/Groups
Providing the best possible Customer Service, responding to all customers promptly and courteously and in a friendly manner
Organise itineraries for Business clients and groups
To proactively sell appropriate "add-ons" and ensure that clients have the correct documentation for their travel, E.g. Passport, Visa.
To strive to achieve branch and team sales targets.
To arrange the best deals possible through Airlines and Accommodations.
Offering business incentives
Experience
You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Business Travel or an Managing events role or similar.
