Job Description

A well Known established independant business Travel company with a varied Client base is looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their friendly team.

Requirements

• Must have had experienced within the travel industry as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Must have experience of Amadeus.
• Experience in booking flights, travel arrangements, accommodation and all other travel related requirements, such as, car hire, insurance etc.
• Excellent customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Arranging all aspects of the clients travel requirements such as: Booking flights, accommodation, car hire, insurance and all other travel arrangements
• Using the Amadeus system to book flights.
• Offering professional and exceptional customer service at all times, to ensure customer satisfaction, resulting in repeat business.
• Answering client's queries and responding to emails with a quick turnaround.

Salary Negotiable. 20 days holiday a year. Close to public transport connections.
