BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT -This award winning Event Management company that has been established for over 25 years and are recognised as one of the leading names in the industry are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team.
Business Travel Consultant responsibilities:
- Book flights, hotels, car hire and domestic rail travel using Amadeus
- Issuing tickets, exchanges and refunds
- Keeping up to date records on all bookings
- Dealing with customers over the phone and via email
Business Travel Consultant skills:
- Knowledge of Amadeus is ESSENTIAL
- Would suit a candidate with previous experience as a Business Travel consultant, Travel Agent, Travel Advisor or Reservations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Additional Information:
- Working hours 08.30 - 18.00 Monday to Friday
- 20 days holiday per year
- Annual bonus
