A top independent business travel organisation is looking for an experienced business travel consultant who has worked on dedicated client accounts servicing them with the utmost care.
The responsibilities of the business travel consultant will be to service the company corporate clients by providing excellent customer service at all times, building relationships, and ensuring that the most difficult enquiry is answered quickly and efficiently. The business travel consultant will book flights, hotels, rail and car hire plus charter flights, luxury transfers and accommodation to its discerning clientele. You will join a company who provide a tailored solution to business travel that the large business travel management solutions cannot offer.
The successful business travel consultant will require having a minimum of 5 years business travel experience, possess a sales mentality and be commercially aware. You will have the ability to suggest and organise routes to difficult places. You will possess a can do attitude, very good communication skills, technically gifted using a GDS and possess extensive product knowledge.
