This is a role for an experience business travel consultant, who is pro-active, self-motivated and who doesn't want to be a business travel robot, following scripts! This is for a leading independent Business Travel company, based near Burton-upon-Trent.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Taking calls and e-mails from business clients and offering excellent customer service
- Deal with everything from private air charters through to group business travel bookings
- Also booking luxury and bespoke itineraries for CEOs.
- Effectively this will be your own unit; you will have your own clients and scope to expand this.
- This is an all-round role; you will not just be a business travel order-taker, you will be involved in operations i.e. ticketing and document despatch!
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will ideally be a very experienced Business Travel Consultant, with a good working knowledge of Galileo, net and consolidated fares. You will be a decision maker, confident in dealing with demanding clients and enjoy offering unrivalled customer service.
