JOB DESCRIPTION
Working for a leading business travel company you will be responsible for creating bespoke booking tools for clients and dealing with training and support for the product.
- Taking briefs for online booking tools from clients
- Creating the booking tools and adjusting it to suit individual clients needs, to suit policy and procedures
- Travelling to see clients to explain the product and train the clients to use the product
- Providing support to the client, so they can make the most of the online booking facilities
- Liaising with external suppliers and software providers
- Also assisting with business travel consultants IT support issues
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will ideally be GDS Sabre trained and have experience with booking tools in a business travel environment. You will be available to travel across the country to meet clients on occasions, and Midlands based, so you are able to work from the Birmingham office for at least a couple of days a week. Part-Time applications will also be considered, as well as full-time.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary will be in the region of £22k pa - £25k pa and comes with a great benefits package and travel discounts.
