We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leisure Travel Manager to join a leading Travel Management company based in Hull. The role will involve ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Leisure Services & Staff Travel department and client is looking for someone with strong people management skills, who is committed to ensuring effective teamwork within a small team and the ongoing development of the department.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have good knowledge of the leisure market and air and rail ticketing to handle staff travel. My client is also looking for a positive attitude, strong organisational qualities, a flexible approach to the role and the ability to adapt to last minute changes and demands, with accuracy and attention to detail being essential. Ideally conversant in Sabre and MS Office, they will have the ability and confidence to build strong working relationships with both customers and suppliers and ensure that the department is promoted wherever possible and my client is portrayed in the most professional and acceptable light at all times.
