Our client, a rapidly expanding travel organisation specialises in selling worldwide luxury cruise holidays, these holidays can cost from £5k - £60k. Their discerning clientele travel to destinations such as Alaska, Bahamas & Florida, the Caribbean, The Hawaiian Islands, Central America, Mexican Riviera, Panama Canal and South America. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling bespoke European and Worldwide cruise products to consumers. You shall be tailor-making the cruises by using your excellent communication skills, building rapport, and recommending travel products and services which promote customer retention, drive sales, and ensure an overall superior customer service experience with the company. Whatever destinations you hold in your dreams, the chances are, that our cruise client will have taken customers there. All we ask is for you to have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and be a result driven individual who is looking to work in a fun environment, with modern state of the art working conditions. Our client is an award winning Travel Company who provide an on going training programme offering excellent travel product knowledge, along with great training. To be successful for this position you will need to be a dynamic, confident people's person from a travel industry background with CRS experience.
