This highly regarded travel company based in the City of London is looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant to join their successful Cruise reservations team.
My client is a specialist travel company who's cruise reservation team sells luxury cruises to all worldwide destinations.
Role of Reservations Cruise Consultant:
Dealing with booking cruises for a range of customers over the phone
Using a Reservations CRS system
Providing destination and port advice to clients upon request to help them with their reservation
Providing a high level of customer service
Necessary cruise reservations experience:
A good knowledge of the cruising industry
Must have sold cruises and experience in travel
Proven sales ability
Experience of identifying and meeting customer needs
A passion to deal with the cruise market
