As a German Speaking Reservations Agent you will be required to:
*Handle incoming calls from the UK and Europe in relation to new cruise bookings, availability
enquiries and amendments
*Maximising revenue where possible by effective selling, increasing booking value and promoting
the upgrade of cabins.
*Ensuring personal targets are met in all key performance areas
Applicants should have the following skills and experience:
Fluent German and English speaker. A third language is highly desirable
Able to read and write in German and English
GCSE or O level educated, or equivalent
A good level of computer literacy

This is a full time permanent position with an attractive salary of £17.5k plus benefits.
