Cruise Reservations Consultant London - Calling all cruise reservations specialist!! If you have cruise product knowledge, reservations experience, customer service skills & ability to work to high sales targets, please read on! This fantastic Cruise Company based in South West London has one of the largest & leading fleet of vessels for river travels and is now seeking a Cruise Reservations Consultant to join their busy call centre team.
You will be responsible for answering calls from agents & direct customers; you will convert enquiries to sales & dealing with administration enquiries.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer incoming calls from Travel Agents and direct customers
- Take reservation enquiries
- Ensure all calls are serviced or transferred as appropriate
- Complete outbound calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure all details is taken for every enquiry and followed up within 48 hours or at agreed time with the client
- Brochure requests should be put through on the day of enquiry with a call diarised to follow up as per company guidelines
- Ensure calls are structured and delivered in line with the sales structure
- Complete bookings ensuring 100% accuracy as per company guidelines
- Attend company sales meetings
- Display a positive and proactive attitude at all times

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary along with uncapped commission. You can expect £18K + commission (OTE £35K).
You will be required to work 5 of 7 days including some weekends (using shift patterns) Weekends are required and we cannot guarantee how many a month they get off, we also operate a shift pattern 08:30 - 19:00 - Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:30 - Saturday, 10:00 - 16:00 - Sunday .
