AA Appointments are searching for travel consultants, to join a well established cruise tour operator, based in London, who require sales driven travel consultants to join their busy team. The successful travel consultants will be working towards targets whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels and have a strong background as a travel consultant.
Travel Consultant Responsibilities:
Maximise sales opportunities by offering upgrades, excursions and cruise packages.
Exceed daily and weekly call targets.
Build new and existing customer relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Make agreed amount of outbound calls per day.
To achieve first call on sales calls.
Travel Consultant Experience:
Must have experience working in the travel industry as a travel consultant
Must have worked towards targets and be able to close a sale.
Work well under pressure.
Excellent sales skills to bring.
Confident and clear phone manner.
Able to work as part of a dedicated team and be flexible.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
