AA Appointments are searching for experienced and driven travel cruise consultants to join a well established cruise tour operator, based in London, who require sales driven travel cruise consultants to join their busy team. The successful travel cruise consultants will be working towards targets whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels and generating repeat business.
This will suit energetic, confident and sales focused candidates, who have recent or strong experience as travel cruise consultants, who enjoy working in a busy call centre environment and achieving sales for themselves and the company.
Travel Cruise Consultant Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from trade to sell and promote cruise products.
- Maximise sales opportunities by offering upgrades, excursions and cruise packages.
- Gain feedback from customers for new ideas.
- Exceed daily and weekly call targets.
- Build new and existing customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Make agreed amount of outbound calls per day.
- To achieve first call on sales calls.
Travel Cruise Consultant Experience:
- Must have experience working in the travel industry in a cruise reservations environment.
- Must have worked towards targets and be able to close a sale.
- Work well under pressure.
- Excellent sales skills to bring.
- Confident and clear phone manner.
- Able to work as part of a dedicated team and be flexible.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
