A Customer Service Manager is required for this direct sell travel organisation based in the heart of Central London. For this position, you must have worked as a Customer Service Manager covering all duties within this specialist role. The successful candidate should be from either a retail or tour operator background, possessing strong working knowledge of the ABTA code of conduct. You must have first hand knowledge in dealing with arbitration cases and be able to advise & represent the company in all legal matters. Your department will be responsible for resolving pre-departure & post-departure enquiries, including investigating client correspondence and complaints in line with the company guidelines. For this responsible role, you must have excellent leadership skills and have the ability to develop & monitor your team's performance and successfully completed one year within your current role. We will only consider candidates from a travel background!
