To work closely with the Head of UK Operations to deal with all customer services matters. Ranging from processing complaints to dealing with our online relationship management including TripAdvisor and other such forums.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Head of UK Operations to process and respond to all customer complaints
Dealing with incoming customer concerns prior to their holiday
Dealing with online relationship management
Processing and responding to Customer Service Questionnaires
Calling clients after their holiday to gain feedback.
Report any relevant issues to other areas of the company i.e. Sales Manager, Head of Overseas.
Complete accurate logs and reports in a timely manor
Recommend process improvements
Dealing with ongoing customer relations
Key skills requirements
Prior experience necessary in a similar position.
Excellent letter writing skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to recognize and fulfill the customers needs
Eye for detail
Methodical and organized
Ability to work on own initiative and independently
Knowledge of the Travel industry an advantage
