A Reservations Consultant is needed to join a fantastic travel company specialising in Turkey and Northern Cyprus. The reservations consultant will join the company's expert reservations team to help give expert reservations advice to the general public. They will be taking enquiries and providing excellent customer services for those looking to book holidays to Turkey and Northern Cyprus. The reservations consultant will be responsible for the selling and handling of enquiries, providing excellent advice, completing the booking and communicating with others at all levels both inside and outside of the organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to build rapport effectively and provide excellent customer service. Once a booking is complete reservations consultant will be responsible for post-booking administration, so therefore strong multi-tasking and organisation skills are also required.
