Our client is one of the UK's leading Villa Tour Operators, are looking for a Holiday Services Manager to join its vibrant team. Our clients offer a variety of fantastic, villas with private pools throughout Europe including Spain, Portugal, Greece and Cyprus. Through constant communication and monitoring with Overseas Resorts, you will ensure that the standards of service and quality of product set by the company are maintained in all destinations with particular reference to Health and Safety, levels of service and quality of the holiday experience as defined by company policy. You shall be liaising with Customer Services to ensure any complaints are responded to by our clients overseas staff correctly and in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate will also have the opportunity to visit each resort and ensure training and understanding of the Health and Safety Policy is carried out. The successful applicant must possess overseas travel experience in a supervisory role along with a strong desire to give the best holiday experience to their customers. They should have a strong desire to give the best customer service/experience and always striving to get better. Health and Safety auditing experience, preferably in an overseas environment would be an advantage as would a basic understanding of accounting procedures and best practices associated to finance.
