Leading tour operator is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Executive to work at its head office based near Gatwick Airport.
This role, is a full time one working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week). It is dealing with post travel correspondence and providing a highly level of customer service to travellers
Duties Include
* Responding to post travel correspondence, ensuring complaints are resolved to the customer satisfaction
* Gaining customer feedback from assigned cases and recording it onto the Customer Relations database
* Accountable for issuing appropriate customer compensation
* Handling incoming telephone calls from customers, agents and suppliers
* Liaising with suppliers
Skills and Experience
*Previous experince in working in a customer relations role within the travel industry including letter writing experience and knowledge of solving customer queries
*Able to start ASAP
*Excellent Written and communication skills
Package:
Salary is £17,000 - 19,000
This is a 12 month contract
